Initial Movement Screen
A thorough first session covering breath, rib cage mechanics, abdominal function, pressure management, and functional movement (squat, hinge, balance). You leave with a clear picture of where your body is and what comes next.
Services
Evidence-informed, symptom-aware coaching that bridges the gap between pelvic floor physical therapy and a confident return to strength.
Signature 8-week private program
An eight-week private program for women navigating postpartum core weakness, diastasis symptoms, prolapse concerns, hysterectomy recovery, or return-to-exercise anxiety. We move from breathing and pressure management into deep core and pelvic floor coordination, then layer in lifting mechanics and progressive strength.

The rhythm that works
Pelvic floor and core tissue respond to consistency, not intensity. Women who move through this work about four times a week — whether through 1:1 sessions, drop-ins, group, or guided home programming — are the ones who see real, durable change. Everything we offer is built to make that cadence achievable, not punishing.
Mental wellness
A pelvic floor diagnosis can shake your sense of identity, intimacy, and self-worth. We make space for that — between exercises, in conversation, and through trusted referrals when you need a deeper kind of support.
A free 15-minute discovery call is the simplest way to find out if this is the right support for you right now.
