What We Combine
- Functional strength training, calisthenics, mobility, and focused core work.
- A core-first approach throughout lower-body and upper-body movements.
- Attention to breathing, coordination, stability, and control.
“People ask me how I’ve gotten this far. It’s taken years of dedication—and practicing four times a week.”
— Jenn Pak (while searching for Community)
We call exercise Practice—because strength and confidence grow through consistent practice.
That’s why every membership includes both Practice sessions and Learn & Connect sessions every week.
Practice
Whole-body strength. A core-first approach.

What We Strengthen
How We Build Balance
Functional exercises for the legs and hips, with core awareness throughout.
Bodyweight strength, balance, and controlled movement, drawing inspiration from Pilates, yoga, and barre.
Exercises for the back, chest, shoulders, and arms, supported by coordinated core engagement.
An approximately 20–30-minute, no-equipment guided session, including a brief warm-up and cool-down, focused on deep core coordination and control.
Studio 3 — our Signature Membership — includes four practices each week: three guided in-studio sessions plus one weekly home-practice video.
See Studio MembershipsThree levels. One steady progression.
Breathing, pressure awareness, core coordination, and foundational movement skills.
Functional strength, balance, lifting mechanics, and increasing resistance.
More challenging strength, endurance, and dynamic movement.
A Welcome Session with Jenn helps us find your starting level and track your progress.
Welcome Session with JennThroughout the exercises, we teach breathing, core coordination, technique, and how to choose the right level of challenge. We practice how to move with control, recognize when to adjust or rest, and gradually build strength and confidence.
The three studio Practice sessions are 45 minutes each, allowing time to check in, warm up, practice technique, exercise, and cool down. Movements offer three levels, with guidance to adjust resistance, range of motion, support, or pace to your current ability. Core-first means choosing a level where you can maintain breathing and control, taking a break or scaling down when you need to.
Learn & Connect
Often the hardest part isn’t the exercise. It’s feeling alone with your questions.
A Learn & Connect session gives women an hour each week to learn together and support each other—part education, part conversation.
Weekly support and education you can use:
About Half the Hour
A focused topic each week—your core and pelvic floor, breathing and pressure, how bodies change, and more.
Guest speakers: some weeks, a trusted professional joins us to share their expertise.
See the Winter Topics ↓About Half the Hour
Time to talk with each other: share what’s working, ask the questions you can’t ask anywhere else, and encourage one another. Some weeks we simply spend the whole hour together in conversation.
Two in-person options each week:
One-hour sessions.
Both meeting times each week cover the same topics.
All times Pacific. Schedule subject to change.
Online access to weekly recorded educational content.
We're also considering other venues for connection.
Member conversations are never recorded, so everyone can speak freely.
Topics and their order may evolve as we learn together. Familiar foundations will return in future seasons alongside new conversations.
